Nine times out of ten this is because the login was made with a different email to the one used at the checkout. Have a look at your Stripe receipt and check which address is on it.
Sign out, then sign back in using the email on your receipt. If that address is already taken, or you are certain you paid with this one, reply to your receipt and I will sort it out by hand the same day.
